KING DIAMOND To Begin Recording New Album In March

KING DIAMOND will start recording their next album in early March in Dallas, Texas and at Los Angered Recording (owned by KING DIAMOND guitarist Andy La Rocque) in Gothenburg, Sweden. The band will then begin rehearsals for their upcoming European tour, which will take place between April 14 and June 13. The recording and mixing of the new album will continue in August. A release date for the new effort has yet to be announced.

KING DIAMOND last year completed a U.S. tour with NILE, BEHEMOTH and THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER. The band's latest studio album, "The Puppet Master", was released in 2003. A live CD, "Deadly Lullabyes Live", followed in 2004.
